Production process of metal card:

1. Size: There are three common types: 85mm ¡Á 54mm, 80mm ¡Á 50mm, 76mm ¡Á 44mm, other shapes of card can also be produced according to customer size.
2. Thickness: The thickness is commonly used in 0.35mm, but other thickness of 0.25mm, 0.30mm, 0.40mm, 0.50mm, 0.80mm and 0.1cm are also available.
3. Color: contains three color of silk screen, full color metal card is also available.
4. Lace: Lace can be selected from company¡¯s database, but also can be designed.
5. Shading: Shading only can be selected from our company¡¯s database (or according to sample cards.)
