    Non-encrypted memory card: The integrated circuit chip is mainly EEPROM which has a data storage function, not has data processing capability and hardware encryption. 

¡¡¡¡Logical encryption storage cards: a non-encrypted memory card adds encryption logic circuit which judge if card data is open to outside visit by checking password, but the security protection is only at low level, can not prevent malicious attack. CPU card is also known as smart card, with a microprocessor CPU, memory cells (including random access memory RAM, program memory ROM (FLASH), user data memory EEPROM) and chip operating system COS. A CPU card with COS is equivalent of a microcomputer, not only has data storage capability, but also has the function of command processing and data security protection.
